If it appears that you want to return your purchase you have 14 days after the delivery date to return it.

To return the purchase follow next steps please:

1)     Sign Up on our website:

Log in to your account and create a return request online.

You will then receive a return number. You will need it for the next steps.

2)     Get your package ready:

Pack your product (within his original package) and put it in an envelop. Add the return number we gave to you SGBExxxxxxxxxx on the envelop and the summary of the content of your package.
Print the return label that you receive when confirming the return, and stick it on your package.

3)     Package Delivery:

Belgium: via bpost
Drop off your parcel at a bpost office or postal point. The shipping costs are on account of Mamichat. Keep proof of return. Find the nearest bpost point.
